January 10, 2025 – Emmaus 53, Ozark Christian 74
Emmaus opened the weekend against Ozark Christian, with Rachel Barrett leading the scoring effort with 21 points on 8-of-11 shooting, along with 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Madeline Wiest added 10 points and 4 rebounds, while Nellie Hopkins contributed 8 points and 7 rebounds in a balanced team effort.
The Eagles kept pace early but couldn't overcome a strong second half by the Ambassadors. Despite the final score, Emmaus saw solid production across the lineup and shot 45.7% from the field.
January 11, 2025 – Emmaus 36, Calvary 58
On Saturday, the Eagles faced off against Calvary and once again showed hustle, especially on the glass. Rachel Barrett posted a double-double with 13 rebounds and 9 points, while Kate Janzen added 9 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 steals. Erin McKenna chipped in 10 points and 2 assists.
Emmaus pulled down 40 total rebounds and hit 66.7% of their free throws, but struggled to find a rhythm offensively. Still, the Eagles continued to compete with effort and intensity throughout the weekend road trip.
